At Redeemer LSQ, we want Sunday mornings to be a blessing for your whole family. That’s why we offer safe, welcoming, and fun classes for your child just steps away from the service at the West Side YMCA. Each classroom is led by a consistent teacher with a team of caring volunteers, so your child is known and nurtured each week. Beginning in our 2’s classroom, we use an engaging curriculum from Storymakers NYC and New City Catechism to help your child grow in wonder and faith.
Our four age-specific rooms: Nursery (0–12 months), Toddlers (12–24 months), 2’s & 3’s, and PreK/K - provide the right space for your child to learn and play with peers their age. Drop-off begins at 10:15 a.m. (15 minutes before service), and pick-up is immediately after the service.
For your child’s safety, we use a secure check-in system at the YMCA where you’ll receive matching identification tags that ensure only you can pick up your child. Stroller parking is also available right near check-in for your convenience.

Your elementary-aged kids (1st–5th graders) begin the service alongside their families and then head to their own classes right before the sermon. The Worship Leader will dismiss them.
We offer two age-specific classrooms: 1st/2nd Grade and 3rd–5th Grade — each led by a consistent teacher and a team of caring volunteers. Together, they create a safe, fun, and encouraging space where your child can build friendships, explore faith, and feel truly known.
Check-in for elementary classes happens at the Ethical Culture Building, where you can either sign-in on-site or conveniently use the QR code in the Redeemer Lincoln Square App. To stay connected with resources and updates throughout the year, we invite you to join our LSQ Kids Families WhatsApp.

At Redeemer Lincoln Square, we want students in grades 6–12 to know they have a place to belong, grow, and explore faith together. Our Youth Community Groups (YCGs) provide that space. Middle schoolers meet during the service and are dismissed after the passing of the peace, while high school students gather on Sunday afternoons. Both groups meet every other week and are led by caring leaders who walk alongside students in this important season of life.
We also partner with Redeemer West Side Youth for Friday night programming, where middle and high school students from across the city come together for fun, worship, and community.
