F&W 101

The question of faith and work is really a question of calling. Through CFW's Faith & Work 101 course, you will demystify the idea of calling by tracing the topic of calling through the narrative arc of scripture. Over the course of seven consecutive weeks, the class will provide a biblical overview of faith and work with the goal of helping you deepen your understanding and experience of everyday work.

This cross-vocational class focuses on seven different Bible passages from which we will gain insight into God's intention for our work. We will weave together spiritual practices, daily devotionals, and group discussions in the context of community.

The class will take place Monday evenings from September 18 through November 6 (skipping October 6) from 7 to 9 p.m. in-person at 150 W. 83rd Street. The registration fee is $50.
